Career Summary

Will Harriger is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the quarterbacks coach for the Carolina Panthers since 2024. Prior to this season, he coached for the Seattle Seahawks, Atlanta Falcons, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Dallas Cowboys for nine seasons. His most recent position was with the Cowboys as their offensive assistant coach/quality control coach. Harriger will be the quarterbacks coach for the Carolina Panthers for the 2024 season.
